Joanna of Blue Wave Pastry bakes on inspiration! She has a fixed flavor selection and bakes based on what looks good in the market or what inspires her. Cakes from Joanna are a surprise, but we know you don't all like every flavor. Please refer to the list above to OPT OUT of any flavor you do NOT want delivered to you. If you have chosen a cake on a day when the variety you opt out of is baked, we will either replace it with a desired flavor or remove all charges for the cake from your account.
