This assorted meat package will include $35 worth of chicken, beef, pork, lamb, sausage, buffalo and/or rabbit.  All meats will be from local farms and come frozen.  To thaw, leave meat in the refrigerator overnight or for fast thawing put meat in a sink full (or container full) of room temperature water until thawed.

Our boxes can be customized to suit a family, an individual or a college student.  Families might prefer a box with fewer different cuts, but more of each item while an individual might want more different cuts in smaller quantities.  If you check "college student" we will put more fast-cooking meats in like hot dogs, minute steaks, bacon and sausage.  Let us know which you prefer!  Also please note if there is a type of meat you do not want included.
