An overflowing half bushel box of fresh fruit and veggies almost completely from local farms.  From July to October nearly all ingredients will be local.

Delicious home-grown garlic. We have lots of repeat customers for this garlic because of its great flavor.

While it's a great ingredient in many vegetable dishes, it really shines all by itself on the grill or in a spicy eggplant recipe.

Olives make a great match to pasta and goat cheese, topping for pizza, or table companion to a crusty bread. (NOT LOCAL)

The first pears of the year!  They're firm and will need a few days outside of the fridge to soften up.

We supply the potatoes, bread (for bread crumbs), eggs, parmesan and recipe for these two recipes.  You'll need vegetable oil for frying and white flour for the crouquettes.

Swiss chard is a tender leafy green that is usually cooked.  It has great flavor and is a visually beautiful addition to a meal.  This large bag will feed a family of 4 two times.

Usually a bursting-full half-bushel box containing local greens, squash, corn, potatoes, tomatoes, roots, cukes and much MORE!

Yellow squash can be cooked in most of the same ways as zucchini including yummy pancakes and soups.

Shred zucchini for pancakes- just add it right into your favorite pancake recipe or mix with other firm veggies and an egg to hold it together.  Zucchini is also great for grilling, a simple side steamed, and awesome in soup.
