Crispell's Auto
My van would be inoperable without Mike Crispell and his crew. Mike can interpret my elaborate hand-waving and translate it into actual mechanics so the work comes out much nicer than what I am capable of asking for. Everyone over there- from the guy at the counter (Hi Gill!) to Barb who puts my bills together (thanks!) to Mike who is never too busy to talk to me- is friendly and helpful. And seriously- I'm not related to anyone over there- they just do a fantastic job. No website, just call them at 607 273 2596 or visit them up on route 79 East above Cornell- 1920 Slaterville Road.
Alternatives Federal Credit Union
Garden Gate wouldn't exist without Alternatives' loan officer Bob Anderson. Bob met with me and talked to me on the phone (over and over) until all the pieces of our loan request were in order. Even though there was no model for a business like ours and even though we had no business experience, Bob worked with us (along with Alternatives "Getting Down to Business Class") and made sure we knew what we were getting into. Alternatives gives me another reason to want to succeed because I'm so grateful they believed we could make it.
